Interview Guarantee

If you don't get at least 1 qualifying interview within 30 days of application completion, we refund 100% of your payment. A qualifying interview is a live first-round phone or video with someone who works for the hiring company.

Application completion = the date your full application allotment has been submitted. Third-party recruiters, recruiting agencies, technical assessments, take-home exercises and automated screeners do not count.

Service and orders

Standard is $249 for 100 applications. Premium is $299 for 200 applications. These are one-time packages. You purchase the application package before job selection. Candidate facts and job fit are reviewed during fulfillment; no preselected vacancy list is required before checkout.

The hosted service uses Stripe. Test-mode transactions do not charge real money. Live payments require separate activation. Employer applications require operator review; no automated employer submission is claimed. The operator reviews facts and prepared applications. Unknown facts go back to the customer. Pausing stops new work. Skipped and failed work does not count toward the application allotment.

Customer outcome reports require evidence review. The service does not automatically deny a refund from a customer report. Employer replies go to the applicant-owned email address you authorize. Allumi does not ask for its password. Refund requests are reviewed and refunds are processed manually through Stripe under the Interview Guarantee above.
